State prosecutors have added more charges in a case where two Zimbabwean men are accused of selling liquor during the State of Emergency. The duo of Phillimon Sithole, aged 51 and Donald Marondedzi aged 33 were arrested on the 24th of April, facing two other offences of entering Botswana through an ungazetted point and movement of persons without a permit during lockdown.
