Chiliza delegates Billy

Minister of Youth Empowerment, Sport and Culture Development, Tumiso ‘Chiliza’ Rakgare has dropped a ‘writhing python’ on his assistant Buti Billy’s lap.

In a meet and greet session with artists in Francistown on Friday, the Minister announced that from now on Billy will be handling all matters related to the creative industry.

This decision couldn’t have come at a worse time for the Francistown East Legislator.

He’ll come face to face with dejected and angry industry players who desperately want to be allowed to practice their trade again.

Artists across the country have openly criticized the position adopted by government of completely shutting them out while other industries have been allowed to operate.

It will be interesting to see how good old Billy deals with the creative minds.
