Old Naledi Police investigate deaths

Old Naledi Police are investigating two cases in which two men were found dead behind Fairgrounds Mall and Kgale Hill.

Kgale death incident is suspected to be suicide while the one behind Fairgrounds Mall along the road to Gaborone dam is suspected to be murder.

Speaking to the Voice Online, Old Naledi Crime Investigation Department Officer in Charge, Thalinah Mogaga confirmed the two incidents. She said they received a call on Saturday by people who had gone to collect firewood up Kgale hill reporting that they saw a man hanging on a tree.

“The police rushed to the scene where the found decomposed body of unidentified man. The deceased was wearing black trouser and black shoes. This morning, we received a call alerting us of a man who was found dead behind Fairgrounds Mall. We suspect he was murdered because he has head injuries,” said Mogaga

She appealed to the public to help identifying these two deceased persons or report missing persons.
