OFFERING A HELPING HAND: Asnath Breseno

Help is directly at hand

Direct BPO has come up with an exciting new addition to its pool of services in the form of ‘Double Assist’, which is aimed at creating a better balance between people’s work and home lives.

With free-time becoming increasingly limited in the high-paced modern world, where work commitments take up a huge chunk of the day for many, the service seeks to ease the strain by running errands on their behalf.

Direct Assist is accessible to the public through emails, WhatsApp Chat as well as via phone-call.

Speaking at the product launch on Tuesday, Direct BPO Managing Director, Asnath Breseno said the idea was influenced by the need to help those who find themselves spending too much time at work, to the detriment of their personal errands.

“With pressure from work, people are finding the need to have help on aspects of their daily lives. The need to get more work done in a day, the convenience of having a helping hand to run personal errands hence we came up with this service, ” explained Breseno, adding Direct BPO have already partnered with more than ten companies to roll out the subscription based service.

Services available on the platform include: home emergency, legal help, hospital cash back, while more mundane features such as gardening, pool maintenance and personal shopping are also available.

“This service is targeted at busy professions to obtain a better work life balance. Direct Assist emphasises on the role of conscience and lifestyle solutions. With just one email, call or WhatsApp they have access to a bouquet of services under our fold,” declared Breseno.

Subscriptions start from as little as P199 and vary across services offered.

Direct BPO is a 100 percent subsidiary of Mascom Wireless. The company offers multiple services, including: contact centre solutions, digital customer care, telemarketing and telesales.
