Francistown – Nata road upgrade not in the pipeline

The construction and upgrading of the Nata – Francistown and Nata –Maun roads is not coming anytime soon.

A question posed by the Member of Parliament for Nata Gweta has revealed what many have been dreading, as the road faces deferment to the next National Development Plan (NDP).

The unpleasant news were revealed in Parliament this week by the newly appointed Minister of Transport and Communications, Thulaganyo Segoko in response to Majaga's question.

Majaga had wanted to know when the construction of the road will commence.
