P2m released to build school in Boro

A total of P2 350 000.00 has been set aside for the construction of a satellite primary school in Boro, near Maun.

Under the Constituency Development Fund for Maun West, the North West District council had set aside the amount to construct the two classroom block for standard one and two pupils.

This district’s proposed community project will include a kitchen and ablution blocks as well as fencing of the school yard.

“The project is expected to be completed within this current financial year. Our hope and wish is to have the classes open for students by January next year,” explained...
