State withdraws robbery CCTV evidence

WATCH: The G4S Security P2.3 million heist case has taken a new twist with the state withdrawing a CCTV footage they had earlier tendered as evidence.

The robbery incident that occurred at Turn Rite Mall, along Gabane road in October 2021, had allegedly been captured by CCTV cameras, but the defence lawyers successfully convinced the court that the footage was not procedurally acquired.
